3. Distributor vs. Investment Adviser Distinction
In compliance with SEBI guidelines, a Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) distributes Regular Plans of mutual funds and receives trail commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs). PlantMoneyGrow is an MFD and does not represent itself as a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA).
4. Commission Transparency & Remuneration
In accordance with SEBI circulars, mutual fund distributors receive trail commissions directly from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) out of the scheme's Total Expense Ratio (TER). Investors pay no direct advisory fee or transaction surcharge to PlantMoneyGrow for mutual fund investments executed through our ARN-322447.
